Waterside - East Preston - Luxury Property

After a recommendation from a good friend of ours, we were introduced to Adrian of the Pure Group which is Sussex’s multi award winning home builder and renovator. They are experts in creating beautiful, individual homes for private clients and for development and sale.

Adrian requested our full service property package which includes Property Filming, Photography and HD Aerial Drone services, after recently completed this stunning development of a beautiful seafront property, Waterside, in East Preston, West Sussex. Finished to absolute perfection, and immaculately dressed, this property really draws the eye and leaves a lasting impression. 

The day started early (6am) when the sun is low in the sky, as we wanted to capture the property in its best light, with sun moving from the back of the house right round to the front. Our aim was to go big, and ensure that this video was the best property video we had produced to date, and in order to that we needed to include lifestyle elements, drone filming from the house to the sea and back, subtle yet elegant tight detail shots showing the level of perfection that Adrian and his team had acheived, sliding from the left, and to the right, as well as fluid gimbal movements throughout the property and pole work utilising a monopod. 

Luckily, one of labourers was happy and keen to be in the video as the surfer guy which enabled us to do a few clips that led you from the sea to the house, as well as from the house to the sea - rather than just relying on drone work to make this happen. Adding the benefit of the human and personal interaction element into the video, whilst selling the lifestyle that can be enjoyed from living here whilst being only seconds from the beach.

As part of our full service offering, we were also able to offer Property Photography to the mix to ensure the fantastic offline presence across printed marketing material such as brochures, magazines and leaflets etc.

And, as we are fantastically nice guys, we also created a bespoke QR code and web page solution, allowing those that scanned the QR code within the brochure to land direclty on the page, with an auto playing video.
